El fin de semana bajaremos a Huelva a ver si el tiempo nos permite dar unos paseos por la playa..

La primavera también ha llegado a lanusa, y para celebrarlo hoy os mostramos tres bolsos que hemos hecho a crochet usando lino natural. El lino natural se parece al cáñamo pero es mucho mas suave, y nos encara el efecto campestre que da a las cosas.

Los bolsos están bordados con hilo 100x100 algodón y forrados con una tela floral vintage, y vienen perfectamente empaquetados en su cajita con una bolsa de algodón para que puedas cuidar de él.

 Spring has arrived to lanusa, and in order to delebrate it today we show you some purse bags we have crocheted by using natural linen. Natural linen looks like hemp, but it is softer, and we love the rural effect you can get by using it. 

The purse bags outside is embroidered using 100x100 cotton thread, and its inside is linen with a floral vintage fabric.

They come perfectly packaged in order you can take care of them.

No sé si conocéis la web de mipetitmadrid, ha nacido esta semana, es un proyecto precioso con el que hemos colaborado bordando el logo creado por vireta.

Si no la conocéis todavía, os animamos a que la visitéis; podrás encontrar actividades, productos o servicios súper interesantes, para grandes y pequeños.

Vireta no solo ha diseñado el logo, es la responsable de las ilustraciones y el diseño de esta preciosa web.

Como podréis ver , es una web en la que reinan las ilustraciones, y además de vireta, otra de las sabadettas: Theresa Lue colabora ilustrando las reseñas. 

Y la otra ilustradora de historias es "Una Artista desconocida", que ilustró ESTA reseña tan guay de nuestras orejeras.

Vireta has not only designed the logo, but also is the responsible of all the illustrations and design of this beautiful  web.

As you will be able to see, Mi Petit Madrid is a web where the illustrations are the protagonist, and one of the Sabadettes: Theresa Lue has illustrated some of the histories.

And the remaining illustrator is "Una Artista desconocida, that illustrated THIS little article about our earmuffs.

La semana pasada "Daisy" llegó a su nuevo hogar y estuvimos jugando con los nuevos bolsos de Patchwork. Desde que la ví en el blog de Eva me tuve que hacer con ella, y es que admiro mucho todo su trabajo, Daisy es la segunda de la primera serie de colgadores divertidos que ha empezado a hacer. Aquí cuenta la historia entera de todo el proceso, lleva experimentando ya mucho tiempo hasta que le convenció el resultado. 

Estoy deseando de ver los nuevos personajes que haga.

Last week "Daisy" arrived to her new home and we were playing with our new Patchwork clutches. Since I saw her in Eva's blog I had to buy it, I really admire Eva's work. Daisy is the second unit of the funny hangers she has started done. Here you can read all the history of this amazing stuff. I cannot wait to see the new hangers she will do!

Hoy por fín os podemos enseñar una de las novedades para esta Primavera -Verano. De todo lo que estamos haciendo es lo mas especial porque está hecho por nuestra madre. Hemos querido hacer una versión distinta de nuestros bolsitos, pero esta vez en Patchwork, y la primera hornada está hecha con una técnica de patchwork especial que en nuestro pueblo de llama Almazuela y se conoce más como Log Cabin.

Today we show you one of the news for the new Spring-Summer season. It is the more special stuff of all we are preparing since it is done by our mum. We wanted to do a new version of our clutches by using Patchwork, and this nine pieces are done with a particular patchwork technic knew in our village as Almazuelas, and internationally as Log Cabin.

We have used vintage fabrics. More photos and details in our shop

Como ya os decíamos el lunes, hoy os enseñamos un pequeño adelanto de lo que se está cociendo en lanusa para esta "Primavera-Verano". Estamos trabajando con nuevos materiales: fibra de algodón con unos colores muy chulos que son super suaves!, parece que estés tocando algodón del de curar :), lino 100%100 natural, tiene aspecto como de cáñamo pero es mucho mas suave, y se pueden hacer cosas muy chulas con él...y como ya os contábamos un día, también estamos usando telas vintage.

Y no solo estamos experimentando con los materiales, también con las técnicas: Nuevos puntos de ganchillo y bordado, y PATCHWORK, hoy hemos recibido los resultados de las cosas que ha estado haciendo mi madre y hemos alucinado, no sé que manos tienen las madres para todo, es increible!

As we anounced this Monday, today we show you some details of the thinks we are doing for this "Sprint-Summer". We are working with several new materials: a cotton thread with amazing colours and very very soft, 100%100 natural linen and vintage fabrics.

But we are not only experimenting with new materials, but also with new technics in embroidery and crochet and PATCHWORK, today we received the sutff our mum is preparing and is really incredible, I really admire the results of every thing a mum does, are special!

Como ya contaba aquí hace tiempo, el hobbie de nuestra madre es el patchwork.

Empezó haciendo colchas preciosas, que le llevaban muchísimo tiempo, luego empezó con tapices para la pared, y ahora, además de aprender nuevas técnicas, lo que mas hace son cojines, ya que llevan menos tiempo y el resultado es igual de bonito.

El pasado fin de semana nos tenía preparadas unas cuantas matrioskas ^_^.

Y aprovechando este talento, estamos preparando cosas a patchwork para la próxima primavera-verano.

El viernes nos fuimos en busca de telas, y compramos unas cuantas muy chulas en "La Revoltosa".

Nunca habíamos estado, aunque nos habían hablado mucho de este sitio y la verdad que tienen unas telas super chulas, todas vintage, y muy bien de precio.

Estamos deseando de ver como quedan las ideas que tenemos!

Some time ago we showed you here our mother's hobbie: the patchwork.

She started doing several quilts, that took her several time until she finised, after that, she started doing some wall tapestries, and now, in addition of learning new technics, she is doing several cushions.

Last weekend she surprised us with several matrioskas ^_^.

So taking advantage of her talent, we are preparing some stuff for our new Spring-Summer collection using patchwork.

Last friday  we bougth several vintage fabrics in "La Revoltosa", great shop here in Madrid if you are looking for vintage fabrics.

We cannot wait to see the results of our ideas!!
